ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Forum is a one-day conference designed specifically by the Institute of Public Utilities for the Michigan Public Service Commission, the Michigan State Legislature, the Offices of the Governor and Attorney General, consumer advocates, utility industry representatives, and other stakeholders interested in Michigan regulatory policy. The program is developed in collaboration with the Commissioners and staff of the Michigan PSC. The Forum focuses on recent development in national and state utility markets, particularly with implications for the State of Michigan. Forum attendees will hear presentations by knowledgeable and objective sector experts, followed by roundtable discussions that include Michigan stakeholders from various regulatory, consumer, and industry perspectives.
PROGRAM FORMAT

FEES
The Michigan Forum fee for the private sector is $95.00. The fee for the non-profit sector and for municipal utilities is $35.00. The Forum is free for all Michigan legislative and public service commission staff. Lunch and coffee will be provided. Please register online or fax a registration form to 517-355-1854. When processing payments, the Institute of Public Utilities abides by Michigan State University's security policies for information collected to process payments.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations less than two day prior to the program will not be issued a refund. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
The Institute of Public Utilities is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to ethe National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN 37210-2417. Website: www.nasba.org. CLE credits are also available. IPU-MSU will apply for accreditation or registration of the program. Application does not guarantee approval.
